Our Ideal candidate will be working closely with our design team in the technical design phases such as Schematic and Detailed Design and will have a strong background in technical design.
• Ability to perform design co-ordination activities with external consultants e.g. MEP, Structural and Back of House consultants.
• Ability to develop Schematic Design drawings into full Detailed Design drawing for Tender Documentation.
• Excellent working knowledge in technical, construction detailing, AutoCAD and Revit
• Proactive and takes initiative in providing technical design solutions.
• Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field
• 7+ years’ experience working in the field.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, technical detailing, and construction knowledge.
• Proactive in providing technical solutions.
• Strong visual and graphic presentation skills (including SketchUp).
• Excellent communication skills.
