Job Descriptions:
1. พัฒนาและปรับปรุงสคริปต์และโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ บน Google Sheets และ Microsoft Excel ซึ่งรวมถึงการใช้ VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) สำหรับการสร้าง Macros เพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการประมวลผลข้อมูล
2. นำเสนอและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยรวม เช่น วันที่, รายการสินค้า, จำนวนขาย, ราคาขาย, และยอดขายรวม เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถกรอกข้อมูลและดูรายงานยอดขายได้ในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่าย
3. ประมวลผลข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อคำนวณยอดขายรวมของแต่ละสินค้าหรือรายการ การจัดระดับยอดขาย หรือการทำนายยอดขายในอนาคต
4. ออกแบบและพัฒนารายงานและแผนกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ (BI) ที่ใช้เทคโนโลยี BI ต่าง ๆ เช่น Power BI, Tableau, หรือของอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้เกิดการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเข้าใจง่าย
5. สร้างและปรับปรุงระบบตรวจสอบรายการยอดขาย ที่ใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google Sheets หรือ Excel และรวมข้อมูลเข้ากับระบบ BI เพื่อให้การวิเคราะห์และรายงานยอดขายเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
6. ร่วมงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำการปรับปรุงระบบและกระบวนการทางธุรกิจต่าง ๆ โดยใช้ข้อมูลที่ได้จาก BI และการประมวลผลข้อมูลจาก Google Sheets หรือ Excel
7. มีประสบการณ์เขียนโปรแกรมเพื่อจัดการด้านข้อมูล เช่น SQL, Python เป็นต้น
Qualifications:
1. ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขา วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ข้อมูล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. ประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเฉพาะการทำงานกับ Google Sheets, Excel Macros และ BI
3. มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาระบบตรวจสอบรายการยอดขายหรือระบบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ
4. มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือ BI เช่น Power BI, Tableau, QlikView หรือหลักสูตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับฐานข้อมูลและการดึงข้อมูลจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ เช่น MySQL, SQL Server, หรือ BigQuery ..
6. ความสามารถในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมโดยมีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้และแบ่งปันความรู้กับผู้อื่น
7. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธุรกิจ
8. มีทักษะในการแก้ปัญหาและการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์
