SIME DARBY AUTO SPORTS LTD. (Head Office)- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, providing exceptional customer service.
- Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Schedule vehicle service appointments and ensure proper coordination with the workshop.
- Prepare accurate service estimates and invoices, explaining repair or maintenance services to customers in detail.
- Track the progress of customer vehicles in service and provide regular updates on the status.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote additional services, such as maintenance packages or accessories, to customers.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in a clean and well-maintained condition.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell service packages or promotions.
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Proficiency with industry-specific software
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
