- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and foster brand growth, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Creative Content Strategy: Collaborate in the development and execution of creative content strategies, writing and producing engaging content for digital marketing channels and traditional marketing materials.
- Manage and coordinate marketing communications across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar, working closely with the Academic Department to align communication resources effectively.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Provide feedback to digital marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality campaigns that effectively drive enrollment and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the creation and development of marketing materials, including brochures, digital ads, and promotional items.
- MKT Admin Support (Purchasing): Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to manage and process documentation for marketing-related projects, ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining effective relationships with vendors.
- Set and manage timelines for marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative content, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
- Manage communication channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Line Official to ensure consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with sales teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collect, analyze, and report on consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies, providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Track and record brand campaign activations in CRM tools and evaluate campaign performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for decision-making purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and project management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM tools and tracking campaign performance)
- Strong attention to detail in managing procurement processes, ensuring the accurate handling of documentation and the timely delivery of materials for marketing projects.
- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools/software is a plus.
