1. Negotiate and request airlines for competitive rate.
2. Secure space according to the allotment and fully utilise efficiently.
3. Plan space efficiently for daily space booking request.
4. Ensure the most efficient in shipment consolidation.
5. Input the shipment data in systems daily and accurately.
6. Monitor o/b and irre, repoort to allconcerns in appropiate time.
7. Request stock Awb from airlines, ensure no stock AWB shortage and ready to be used all the time.
8. Provide / reply competitive rate to sales upon requests.
9. All kind of reports and admin work.
10. Others the assignment by line manager.
- Bachelor 's degree or equivalence
- 3-5 years experience in freight forwarding industry
- Good command of English.
- Good computer skill.
- Have basic knowledge of Air Cargo Transportation
- Have negotiation skill.
- Fast learning and enjoy learning the new thing.
- Have good service mind.
- Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.
