• Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute online marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall goals.
• SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns to increase web traffic and conversions.
• Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, community management, and paid advertising.
• Email Marketing: Design, launch, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Content Marketing: Develop and manage content for blogs, websites, and social media platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide reports on ROI, making data-driven recommendations to improve strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with other teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the online marketing budget effectively to optimize campaigns and achieve the best results.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in online marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM,content marketing, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creativity and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate with international teams or clients.
