Responsibilities

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

กำหนดนโยบาย กลยุทธ์ในส่วนงานทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งบริษัทร่วมกับฝ่ายบริหารและที่ปรึกษา -วิเคราะห์ และดำเนินการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานทรัพยากรบุคคล (โครงสร้างตำแหน่งงาน,การจัดสรรอัตรากำลังพล,การสรรหาพนักงาน,การเพิ่มศักยภาพบุคคลากร,แรงงานสัมพันธ์,สวัสดิการต่างๆ ฯลฯ)เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตในระยะยาว

ติดตามข้อมูลกฎหมายแรงงาน และข้อมูลอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง และนำไปปรับปรุงให้เป็นปัจจุบันและเหมาะสมกับบริษัท

ดำเนินการจัดทำค่าจ้าง ผลประโยชน์ สวัสดิการ ในส่วนฝ่ายบริหารและสำนักงานใหญ่ ให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางของฝ่ายบริหาร

บริหารและให้คำปรึกษาทีมทรัพยากรบุคคล ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูง มีมาตรฐานในการดำเนินงาน -ควบคุมและตรวจสอบ ค่าจ้าง ผลประโยชน์ต่างๆ และสวัสดิการในส่วนสาขา ให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบข้อกำหนด หรือฝ่ายบริหารได้ตกลงไว้

บริหารจัดการความเรียบร้อยของอาคาร สถานที่ทำงานให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่เหมาะสม -หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร

Requirements

Female

Age preferably 35-45 years

Bachelor’s degree in Humman Resources , business administration or other relevant field

At least 5 years of experience in Humman Resources

Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet

Communicates well in English

Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
