- Oversee the procurement of finished goods or raw materials, both domestically and internationally, in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
- Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders.
- Prepare and execute purchase orders (PO) efficiently and effectively, aligning with departmental requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, from the purchase request (PR) stage, issuance of purchase orders (PO), coordination with vendors or subcontractors, to the receipt of goods in full and on time as agreed.
- Update procurement-related information in the system, such as supplier profiles, price lists, and delivery schedules, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date for operational use.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Logistics Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of import and export processes is an advantage.
