We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Designer, Curriculum Development and Learning Management for Music Program to design and implement innovative music education programs in Nan province. This role involves curriculum development, stakeholder coordination, and project management to enhance learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design music learning pathways, course outlines, and assessments.
• Collaborate with learning management companies and subject matter experts.
• Develop a curriculum brochure and oversee student recruitment.
• Monitor teaching quality and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and infrastructure planning.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Musicology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in curriculum development, music education, or learning management.
• Strong knowledge of music pedagogy, project management, and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to Nan Province for work assignments.
