Personal Assistant

- Serve as a point of contact on behalf of EVP, facilitating interactions with stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate closely with management team, assist with various tasks and assignments as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Record meeting minutes and closely monitors new and current project progress, proactively addressing any issues to ensure deliverables per timeline.
- Coordinate project management activities, break down project into actionable tasks and establish timeframes to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare basic business analysis and strategic direction per assigned topics.
- Support and facilitate partnership management.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in Personal Assistant or Project Management.
- Experience in excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in AI utilization will be advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication in both Thai and English.
- Able to communication in Chinese will be advantage.

In 2006, our group received a concession on more lands for sugarcane cultivation and sugar mill construction from The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Cambodia.
