- Being responsible for the sales target set by the company
- Lead team by training, coaching, and developing sales professional skills
- Setting daily, weekly, and monthly performance review with Sales Representative
- Tracking sales goal, developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education Understand CG group business as well as client business in order to find more opportunities to grown
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Develop and maintain relationship with CG group client and other relevant
- Responsible for assignments submit work reports, sales, and other reports assigned by the GM
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandise team
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field
- At least 3 years working experience in B2B Sales Division Manager position
- Able to travel in BKK, Metropolitan, and Eastern of Thailand
- Develop and implement tailored account strategies to meet sales goals, uncover new business opportunities, and foster growth.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Can-do Attitude, and business skill is a must
- Result oriented with ability to work under pressure
- Own transportation and have a driving license.
- Good command of English communication skill for listening, speaking, and writing
