JD of Sales Executive for UPC ( Southern area : Puket, Krabi , Phang-nga ) :
• Deliver on defined sales responsibilities and achievement of sales target. ( Avg. PP : 2,500 sheets per month. )
• Focus more with Interior Designer , Owner , Developer.
• Participate as a member of the sales team to create and implement in sales activity
• Build the relationships with the existing customer and new customer.
• Provide key product knowledge to present to our customer. ( HPL Core , Incanto , Décor Metal , Fenix )
• Report market status and new opportunities to Assistant sales manager ( UPC ).
• Coordinate with other department to support customer request to achieved sales target.
• Using SFDC by daily basis.
• Handling daily customer complaints with following-up for the outcome.
• At all times work in line with the Company’s values and act safety
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Construction Project sales, other surfacing material (Laminate, Wallpaper, Carpets etc) will definitely be an advantage.
• Result-orientated
• Independent, creative and resourceful
• Ability to work as a team
• Able to work under high pressure
• Hardworking, honest and cooperative with positive attitude
• Love to travel and to meet up with people
• Must own a car
