Brand Manager
Accord Corporation Limited- Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with company goals, ensuring competitive differentiation and market presence.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, product performance, and competitor activities to inform brand strategies and decision-making.
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of objectives.
- Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all platforms, adjusting as needed to meet market demands.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team to ensure they are knowledgeable about the brand, products, and key selling points.
- Organize and prepare materials for promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities. Ensure that all necessary equipment and resources are available and ready.
- Travel as required to support marketing activities, events, and sales initiatives, providing on-site management and assistance as directed by the supervisor.
- Monitor and manage the Prime Margin for the brand, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing and market share.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring that all expenditures are aligned with the brand strategy and financial goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the brand, collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize inventory turnover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and favorable terms. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance.
- Foster positive relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly to enhance the brand's reputation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand, product performance, and financial metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to following instructions from the supervisor, ensuring alignment with company goals and directives.
- Extensive brand management experience (min 8 years) in the dental industry or a related field (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Science or a related field.
Specialized knowledge and skills :
- Dental knowledge and experience (preferred).
- High level of communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing & project management skills.
- Strong analytical and database skills – proficient in Pronto system use and Microsoft Office suite.
- Salesforce and Phocas experience beneficial.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- High level of maturity, and the ability to form strong & effective business relationships.
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills, including: the ability to foster productive working relationships with staff at all levels; a co-operative and flexible work style; and a commitment to learning and development.
- Ability to work efficiently under high pressure, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
