Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and market adoption of products created by the division

• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market demands and customer needs

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation

• Create and implement pricing strategies, marketing plans, and sales enablement materials

• Partner with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and improve product positioning in the market

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

• Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, sales, or marketing, preferably in the technology or solutions industry (3-5 years)

• Strong track record in developing go-to-market strategies and achieving sales or revenue targets

• Experience working cross-functionally with development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

• Hands-on experience in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to guide product positioning

• Deep understanding of solutions related to infrastructure and digital transformation, focusing on business impact

• Experience in designing and promoting customer-centric solutions that drive organizational efficiency

• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into customer-focused product solutions

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to bridge technical concepts with business needs

• Good command in English
