“We are looking for a Civil and Structural Engineering Manager (Head of CSE Design Department) to lead our department and manage engineering design services for various construction projects. The role involves overseeing project execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery, conducting engineering calculations and designs, and managing the design team. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, attend client meetings, conduct site visits, and present project progress”
- Oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead the Civil/Structural team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Manage Civil/Structural projects, serving as the main point of contact with clients.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the growth of team members.
- Perform structural calculations, analysis, produce safe, cost-effective, efficient, and buildable designs.
- Review and approve Civil/Structural drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities to provide engineering guidance.
- Good command of written and spoken both English and Thai.
- Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with a certified professional license (class II or higher) from the Council of Engineers Thailand. (สามัญวิศวกร ขึ้นไป)
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including 8 years leading Civil/Structural teams.
- Expertise in structural project analysis, planning, and design.
- Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP 2000), CAD, and REVIT.
- Knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards.
