Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Description  :

1. Develop the company’s overall business strategy and create strategic plans that comply with legal requirements and market trends in the non-life insurance industry.

1. Age between 45-55 years.
2. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting, preferably in the non-life insurance industry.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of the non-life insurance industry, including regulatory frameworks, underwriting principles, and claims processes.
5. Proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies within the non-life insurance sector.
6. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience in managing teams in the insurance industry.
7. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in insurance risk assessment and financial performance analysis.
8. Experience in risk management frameworks specific to the non-life insurance industry.
9. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on insurance product lifecycle management.
10. Fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
11. Proficiency in insurance-specific software and strategic planning tools.
