Engineering Supervisor
Urgo Healthcare Products Co.,LtdManaging engineering team and overseeing the application of technical resources to support Continuous Process Improvement, Product Development, Technical Issue Resolution, Cost Reduction Initiatives, and Other project work.
Control/follow up predictive and preventive maintenance task for production machinery and other facilities in the organization to ensure that the machinery and equipment have high efficiency and effectiveness include personal and working system development.
Complete management of all Parts Making factory equipment including cost management and control, KPl's of machine downtime and preventive maintenance programs, maintenance logs and analysis of history to make improvements.
Providing direction, focus, motivation, and encouragement for subordinates.
Being Accountable and Responsible for Safety
To support and cooperate for the environmental system (IS014001)
Managing the performance of an engineering team to ensure that performance appraisals and any training requirements are carried out in line with company procedures.
Work with production to optimize equipment, tooling, and work bench layouts to meet manufacturing, company and customer needs.
Calculate and update BOM and production routing in SCALA/ERP systems, updating status at all times utilizing change.
Responsible for the implementation of appropriate activities to optimize manufacturing processes parameters to ensure productivity and quality are met.
Support non-conformance issues with manufacturing processes and recommend or consult with internal team members as required.
Regularly communicating with the team keeping them up to date with internal and external aspects of the business.
Developing staff's individual skills to support current and future departmental objectives. Control/follow up, cooperate the environment energy conservation projects.
Oversees routine calibration of process instrumentation in accordance with established, approved procedures and adjust, repair or replace as needed.
Review result calibration tooling and equipment that use for control machine or measure to confirm the product and etc.
Assist in the preparation of the annual operating and capital budget.
Education
: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
Competency
Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office software and Windows Operating system. EXCEL skills required. Good command of English.
Training
Knowledge of GMP , ISO 13485, Operation management, Leadership skills, Six Sigma Black Belt. ISO14001
Experience
(ประสบการณ์) : Minimum 5 years in FMCG or Automotive Industry.
Others
: Good personality and Leadership skills.
