Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• ตรวจสอบการรับเงินตาม Statement เทียบกับ Invoice เพื่อตัดลูกหนี้การค้า

• ตรวจสอบ ติดตามผล และแก้ไขปัญญาสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าที่จ่ายหนี้ด้วยเช็ค เงินสด และเงินโอน

• ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าเรื่องการวางบิลและรับเช็ค

• จัดทำเอกสาร ต่างๆเกี่ยวกับบัญชี

• จัดทำรายงานลูกหนี้คงค้างพร้อมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

• สรุป Aging ที่เกินกำหนดชำระ

• สามารถจัดการออกเอกสาร Invoice ได้

• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

• งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Requirements

1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีความซื่อสัตย์ต่อหน้าที่ มีความเป็นกลาง และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี

3. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ ไหวพริบที่ดี ทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ

4. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี คิดบวก ขยันอดทน สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี

5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี 1 ปีขึ้นไป
