Account Manager (Digital marketing)
Relevant Audience Co., LTD.- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clients to drive business growth, including preparing and presenting proposals.
- Recommend marketing strategies for clients across key digital marketing channels, including Google Ads (search, display, shopping, and universal campaigns), Facebook Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (digital media, creative, content, and operations) and 3rd party service partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Present campaign pitches, budgets, and progress updates to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
- Support day-to-day operations in content creation, social media management, promotion management, and business analytics.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client communication at all stages to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and internal management on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value and contribute to revenue growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client services, specifically from a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and digital media optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proven ability to identify and execute upselling opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
