หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clients to drive business growth, including preparing and presenting proposals.
Recommend marketing strategies for clients across key digital marketing channels, including Google Ads (search, display, shopping, and universal campaigns), Facebook Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams (digital media, creative, content, and operations) and 3rd party service partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
Present campaign pitches, budgets, and progress updates to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
Support day-to-day operations in content creation, social media management, promotion management, and business analytics.
Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client communication at all stages to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare detailed reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and internal management on a weekly or monthly basis.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance client value and contribute to revenue growth.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in account management or client services, specifically from a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and digital media optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proven ability to identify and execute upselling opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
