- Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft Product Services.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining environmental stability.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automating daily systems.
- Experience working with End users.
- Customer service skills, building and maintaining strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
- Passionate about Technology, Security, and Microsoft Products.
- Holding relevant certifications such as Microsoft would be an advantage.
- 1-3 years of systems engineering such as Desktop Management and Mobile Devices Management (in Microsoft Infrastructure, AD CA, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD would be an advantage)
- Experience working with End users to troubleshoot and resolve their issues
- Verbal and written communication skills in both Thai/English
- Good interpersonal, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
