Key Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Business Developer to coordinate and manage multiple projects and partnerships.
- Assist in developing and executing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Engage with partners and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Stay updated on AI, Data Lakes, Cloud technologies, and how these can be applied to enhance business processes.
- Prepare and present project progress reports, timelines, and other relevant documents to stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, monitor project status, and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support in creating proposals and business development materials for potential partnerships.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in technology adoption, change management, project management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and experience in AI, Microsoft, Microsoft Copilot, Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365, Security technologies and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer-facing role on professional services/system.
- Demonstrated relationship building skills that extend to internal team members in pre- and post-sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and understand strategy.
- Experience building relationships with clients, or C-level executives or Management Level.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
