Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

-ให้บริการหลังการขายและช่วยเหลือลูกค้าผ่านทางแชท

-รับเรื่องและแก้ไขปัญหาของลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

-ประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

-บันทึกข้อมูลการให้บริการลูกค้าในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง

-สามารถสลับกะได้เมื่อมีความจำเป็น

Requirements

-วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช,ปวส,ปริญญาตรี

-หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านลูกค้าสัมพันธ์หรือบริการหลังการขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

-มีทักษะการสื่อสารและแก้ไขปัญหาที่ดี

-สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาทำงานได้ตามความเหมาะสม
