Partnership Management Manager

- Identify and Develop Partnerships: Seek out and establish new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage Partner Relationships: Oversee all aspects of partner relationships, including contract negotiation, ongoing support, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure partnership initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the success of partnerships and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive increased revenues and market presence.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status and performance of partnerships for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications in strategic alliance management can be beneficial.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities and performance.
