Executive Assistant to Sales & Marketing Director

• Sales Data Analysis: Manage and analyze sales data to help develop and refine sales strategies.

• Profit & Loss Calculation: Calculate and evaluate profit margins and losses for each vehicle model and unit sold to optimize pricing and maximize profitability.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present monthly sales reports, offering key insights to improve sales performance and meet targets.

• Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to support pricing, inventory management, and sales initiatives.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to align on sales goals and ensure smooth processes.

• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in sales forecasting and budget management to meet company objectives.

• Use of Analytical Tools: Leverage tools like Excel (Advanced), Power BI, and CRM systems to analyze data and track performance metrics.

• Sales Strategy Optimization: Assist in monitoring sales activities, identify areas for improvement, and suggest actions to boost productivity.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

o At least 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.

o Experience in sales data analysis, margin calculations, and profit/loss reporting.

o Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.

o Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Power BI, and other data analysis tools.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.

o Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales strategies is a plus.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written).
