- Manage and oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and business objectives.
- Coordinate between development teams and clients to ensure projects are on track and delivered on time.
- Analyze client requirements and provide guidance on suitable technical solutions.
- Create clear project plans, defining task priorities and timelines.
- Assess project risks and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate issue
- Manage team resources to ensure optimal performance and development.
- Communicate project status with clients and internal teams, addressing any challenges or obstacles that arise
- Deliver projects as agreed and provide post-delivery support and guidance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Project Management or managing software development projects.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with relevant development technologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with both development teams and clients.
- Have experience in Insurance business.
- Excellent command of English
- Able to travel for work in Asia and Southeast Asia.
