Basic Requirements

Diploma of Vocational Education or higher
18,000 - 25,000 baht/month
Responsibilities
• Keep customers fully informed of updated status of their shipment.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for pre-alert and relevant shipping documents.
• Communicate with airlines, customers, local vendors and overseas agents.
• Constantly monitoring of export and import shipments.
• Managing local and international customers on the requirements of import documentation and following up the status of delivery of shipment Solve problems using analytical and critical thinking skills
• Create summary reports and send to the supervisor and stakeholders
• Issuing billing invoices, freight invoice, credit note, debit note and cost control.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Have 2 years of experience in Operations Airfreight Export or Import
• Able to work under pressure and flexible hours working times.
• Must can command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of MS Office, Service mind, Strong interpersonal skill and capable to interact with people and all levels
