Product Sales Manager

• Set and Achieve sales goals, Develop individual sales quotas for team member and monitor performance to goals

• Set Strategic Sales & Action Plan, Identify Sales opportunities and Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts

• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to improve and success the goals

• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

• Assess and manage individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

• 3 years of experience in product sales management or 8 years of experience in sales

• Experienced in promoting of Industrial Products and/or Industrial Network with proven track records in securing projects related to Digitalization, Telecommunications Solutions such as CCTV, PAGA, Radio & Telephone System with proven track records and good understanding of equipment specification

• Strong English communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

• Superior networking and organizational abilities

• Dynamic personality with Excellent leadership and High level of stress tolerance

• High level of work ethics and professionalism

• Effective time management with Critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Results-oriented with logical thinking and strong analytical skills
