Sales Associate will work under Parts Division, Export Team. Associate will be responsible in creating well planned processes and coordinating between related parties (stakeholders) in order to meet customer’s requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and arrange shipments to meet customer’s requirements
- Maintain and contribute business partner relationships and keep up good communications
- Provide correct information of forecast & sales figure in order to have accurate budget report
- Report potential problem and update operation as regular basis to upper level
- Other task as assigned by manager
- Bachelor degree or higher in International Business or related fields.
- Experienced in Import - Export would be advantage.
- More than 3 years experience in Automotive business
- Basic knowledge in international trade (rules & regulation)
- Basic knowledge of Automotive business
- Basic knowledge of Supply chain
- Good command of English Skill (TOEIC 600+)
- Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
