Human Resources Manager
Amarit and Associates Co., Ltd.2. Manage the recruitment process according to the defined company standard and client’s requirements.
3. Monitors personnel compliance in accordance with company rules and regulations; including issuance, modification, updating and presentation for approval and implementation
4. Identifies critical personnel training needs across the Company, designs the annual training calendar, supervises its execution and monitors the training effectiveness
5. Responsible for Personnel’s Annual KPI evaluation, gathers each result and presents to Senior Management for salary adjustment consideration
6. Supervision of Personnel’s Welfare Benefits, Social Security and Compensation Fund.
7. Supervises the Welfare Work provided by the company.
8. Supervise and actively participate together with the Welfare Committee within the company.
9. Plans estimated Human Resource expense costs, including budget planning and personnel training.
10. Assist with managing Employee Relations issues.
11. Supervises HR operation work and cooperates with clients for problem solving.
12. Maintaining employee records.
13. Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Experience : At least 5 years’ experience in an HR function and at least 3 years of management experience.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree holder related to Human Resources Management
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience using Microsoft Offices and Microsoft Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people of all level in an organization.
• High level of skills in handling sensitive and Confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Contributes to the accomplishment of HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance environment emphasizing on efficiency, teamwork, continuous personnel improvement whilst adhering to ethical practices and keeping ones integrity intact
• Helps with the implementation of services, policies and improvement programs; reports to the HR Manager and assists other department heads with HR concerns
• Able to work in a dynamic environment
