Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

18,000 - 35,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-ins or booked customers, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability.

• Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients.

• Call clients who are late for appointments and see if they are running late or are a no-show.

• Keep clients updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the salon/barber.

• Processing payments by accepting credit cards from customers or collecting cash from them at the time of service.

• Explaining services and products to customers in order to help them make informed decisions about their treatments.

• Interacting with clients throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience.

• Co-ordinate and resolve client complaints.

• Suggesting products to use at home to maintain results after leaving the salon/barber.

• Comply with the company standards and operation procedures.

• Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and dress at all times.

• Assist shop manager with any reasonable requests.

Requirements

• Female not over 23-38 years old

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• Problem-solving attitude

• Good human relations

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Excellent communication skills for both Thai and English or Chinese and Japan (language value up to 3,000.-Bht)

• Basic skills with common computer software, including Microsoft Office, Google Sheet

• The ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule

• Be able to work 6 days a week
