1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques and implement corrective measures.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions, to expand our market presence and product offerings
8. Negotiate and close complex deals, contracts, and agreements with key clients, partners, and vendors.
9. Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.

- Experience 3 years and above.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Familiarity with the Trading Business market, business landscape and the stationery and office supply industry is a must.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills.
