- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management plans.
- Lead and supervise the Product Development and Product Specialist team.

- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and sales teams to optimize product presence in the market.
- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and oversee budget allocation for trade marketing activities.
- Act as a key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, ensuring team growth and performance excellence.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and alignment with the company’s values.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding product and trade marketing performance.
