- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle management plans.
- Lead and supervise the Product Development and Product Specialist team.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify product opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to develop and launch products successfully.
- Manage product pricing strategies, cost structures, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure that all products align with the company’s brand identity (Curious, Compassionate, Insightful, and Sincere & Transparent).
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements or discontinuation strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D and suppliers for product sourcing, development, and innovation.
- Develop trade marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Supervise the Trade Marketing team in executing trade marketing initiatives.
- Plan and implement in-store promotions, product displays, and merchandising strategies.
- Manage relationships with key retailers, distributors, and sales teams to optimize product presence in the market.
- Analyze sales data and consumer insights to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and oversee budget allocation for trade marketing activities.
- Act as a key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports, ensuring team growth and performance excellence.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and alignment with the company’s values.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding product and trade marketing performance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5+ years of experience in product management or trade marketing, preferably in the trading or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce trends is a plus.
