- Analyze the business system requirements by gathering user requirements, evaluating existing systems, and designing and developing technology solutions through detailed system design, including data models, workflow diagrams, and system architecture / database design.
- Conduct system testing to ensure the system meets the specified requirements.
- Prepare system design documentation, business processes, and user manuals to enhance understanding.
- Participate in training users on the system's functionality.
- Write program specifications for developers to implement.
- Create technical designs and processes to define features.
- Prepare documentation for testing, training, and maintenance manuals. Test and guide programmers during the implementation phase.
- Design software specifications for developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong experience in database design and data management for financial or banking systems.
• Proficient in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to financial data management, such as PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR.
• Solid understanding of system analysis and designing system workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with both development teams and end-users.
• Experience using database design tools such as ER Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), UML.
• Knowledge of application development or API design is a plus.
