- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
- Monitor, assist, and efficiently troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain and administer systems, including system updates, virus checks, and data backups.
- Analyze and resolve issues to implement improvements and quick solutions.
- Update knowledge and technical skills in technology trends and industry developments to enhance expertise.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Have at least 1 year experience.
- Strong technical skill in hardware and software management.
- Have knowledge in network would be an advantage.
- Service minded and growth mindset.
- Analytical thinking, effective communication skills with interpersonal and problem-solving skill.
- Good communication in English.
