Sales Manager - Traditional Trade (UPC) - Conwood

- Manage pricing, promotions, and trade incentives to drive sales and increase market penetration as well as secure our market share and company profitability.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key traditional trade partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with trade partners to evaluate performance and discuss growth opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely deliveries, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of traditional trade sales representatives, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement innovative demand generation strategies to expand market presence and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and events for key influencers to generate demand and increase brand awareness.
- Scout the market for new projects, use project databases to make inroads into new projects, in collaboration with channel partners as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, industry regulations, and customer preferences.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within traditional trade channels to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager. 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and project management are typically beneficial when applying for a position as a Sales Manager.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales achievement and managing traditional trade accounts.
- Experience of managing customers in traditional trade channel from building material industry is a plus
