Store & Receiving Officer (Based at Eastin Resort Rayong)

- Verify and receive goods delivered according to purchase orders (PO)

- Inspect the quantity and quality of the products

- Notify relevant departments if there are any discrepancies

- Organize and store goods in the warehouse

- Use inventory management systems or software to record and track goods received and stored

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels and prevent shortages

- Regularly check stock reports and inform management of any issues or discrepancies

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel/resort

- Proficient in Commanche and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)

- Familiarity with inventory control software

- Strong attention to detail in verifying products, documentation and inventory

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
