- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Handle repairs for building fixtures, lighting, and appliances.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain swimming pools and recreational facilities.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
- Keep records of maintenance tasks and report major issues to Supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Vocational Certificate (or higher) in a related field.
- Experience in maintenance, repair, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to use tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Relevant certifications are an advantage.
