Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top legal professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for legal roles, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with legal hiring regulations and industry best practices.
- Oversee and improve employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a law firm or legal services sector.
- Strong understanding of legal job roles, qualifications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
