- Develop and implement recruitment and selection plans to attract top talent with the right attitude, skills, and competencies that align with business needs in a timely manner.
- Oversee the organization's recruitment and selection process to ensure alignment with business goals and workforce requirements.
- Manage the utilization of recruitment tools and channels to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Enhance assessment processes and selection tools to identify high-potential candidates who can thrive within the organization's culture.
- Plan and conduct exit interviews to analyze employee departures and improve recruitment and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to provide recruitment support and consultation.
- Supervise and ensure recruitment operations are executed in accordance with approved goals and plans.
- Manage and develop personnel effectively to align with organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, selection processes, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and job posting platforms.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in hiring and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve recruitment processes.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and work under tight deadlines.
- High adaptability and proactive mindset in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques.
