R&d Senior Supervisor (Food, Sauce)

Location: บางปู, สมุทรปราการ
Workday: (Mon-Fri) 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee R&D activities for product lines (hot sauces, cold sauces, pre-mixes, syrups, etc.).
- Drive the development of new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Establish a strong product pipeline focused on consumer-driven innovation and product improvements to boost growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to analyze market and consumer trends, shaping long-term strategies for the business.
- Support the Sales team in the commercialization of R&D-driven innovation projects.
- Identify and cultivate key technical partnerships within the industry ecosystem.
- Validate business cases and assumptions to prioritize innovative initiatives and guide resource allocation.
- Work closely with Regulatory and QA teams to assess the feasibility of new ingredients and technologies.
- Research and development
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in liquid condiments processing, food safety, and formulation design.
- Strong technical/scientific expertise in the liquid condiments sector and/or broader food industry.
- Proven track record of analyzing market insights, trends, regulations, and nutritional needs to develop long-term strategies.
- Experience in developing and managing external partnerships and collaborations is a plus.
