- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI CCTV system projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, AI engineers, hardware engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
- Ensure the integration of AI algorithms with hardware and software systems meets performance expectations.
- Regularly communicate project status, progress, and challenges to upper management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and software development methodologies.
- Manage and resolve issues related to resource allocation, technical challenges, and stakeholder requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software project management, with a focus on AI or IoT-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and their application in video analytics.
- Experience with software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Thai.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AI-powered CCTV systems or related industries.
- Experience in collaborating with government or private-sector clients on large-scale projects.
