- Responsibilities
- Organize document in the office
- Communicate with clients
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment and collection.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Tracking payment from client and communicating with client's financial team.
- Provide administrative support including managing office supplies.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Other task as assign
- Requirements
- Fresh graduation is mostly welcome
- Good communication skills with clients
- Organizational and time management skills
- Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation and adaptability
- Good communication skills in English and Thai
- Knowledge of tax regulation is an advantage
- Knowledge of accounting and Taxes is an advantage
