หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Serve as the first point of internal employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solutions.

• Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone, e-mail, ticket or face to face.

• Work at home or out of office time in supporting the rest of the business with their ongoing IT requirements.

• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records

• Coordinate with technicians Follow up and coordinate until the job can be closed in the specified time.

• Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems.

• Participate in special projects as assignments.

• Basic knowledge of systems and Network Infrastructure

• Coordinate, oversee, analyze, and maintain computer systems.

• Ability to document processes and procedures related to systems operator, update user's manuals, and technical manuals as necessary

• Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds

• Basic knowledge of computer desktops, systems, and Network Infrastructure

• Ability to document processes and procedures related to technical manuals as necessary

• Ability to communicate in English reading and writing

• Be able to work under pressure"
