- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs, and translate them into innovative and user-centric design solutions.
- Design responsive and accessible user interfaces that seamlessly integrate with our existing platforms and systems.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to continuously improve the user experience and optimise design based on user feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture within the organization.
- At least 5 years working experience as UX/UI Designer, preferably working on website development.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in using design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to balance user needs and business requirements.
- Strong communication in English and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
- Annual leave 8 days (Able to take annual leave 8 days per year once complete 1 year of working)
