- Familiarity with various tax laws, regulations, and service procedures
- Calculation of revenues on a period basis and communication on billing issues with related parties (internal and external)
- Preparation of invoices, billing notes, and receipts
- Performance of month-end closing
- Preparation and submission of PND 53 on time
- Review of VAT, withholding tax, and performance of corporate income tax (Por Ngor Dor 50, 51). Submission to both Revenue Department and DBD
- Coordination with Revenue Department for tax refund, post audit, new announcement, notification, question, special requirement, etc.
- Dealing with external auditors for performing statutory reports
- Organization of accounting documents appropriately
- Establishment and enforcement of proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Responsible for company account checking, payment, and reconciliation
- Validation and verification of data before generating reports and reconciliation before submitting to all parties to ensure accuracy and completeness of the report
- Daily account balance summary
- Issuance of monthly reports
- Completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual declaration work
- Reasonable coordination of monthly costs and payment of taxes
- Coordination and completion of annual audits
- Ability to use software in the English language
- Other tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the accounting field (working experience in a logistics company will be an advantage)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (e.g., Vlookup) and Google Sheets
- Immediately available or short notice will be an advantage
- Sensitive to numbers
- Good time management
- Ability to work under high pressure and take on high responsibility
- Self-motivated, friendly, eager to learn
- Good self-discipline and willing to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision
- Ability to work independently and proactively as well as being a good team player
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and grow

- Flexible and able to put extra hours of work if required
