Key Responsibilities
• Transactional Expertise: Draft, review, and negotiate M&A and capital markets documentation, including SPAs, JV agreements, prospectuses, and disclosure documents.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide top-tier legal advice on corporate law, labor law, data privacy, and taxation in both Thai and English.
• Regulatory Navigation: Assist clients in navigating regulatory applications for securities offerings, IPOs, and other transactions.
• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence and stay updated on laws and best practices related to M&A and capital markets.
• Mentorship & Supervision: Lead and review the work of junior associates, offering guidance to ensure excellence.
• Business Development: Contribute to seminars, publish articles, and deliver presentations to showcase your expertise and enhance the firm’s profile.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 3-6 years of solid legal experience in Corporate M&A or Capital Markets, preferably from a leading law firm or in-house role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; an LL.M. from a respected Thai or international university is an advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai and English, with exceptional drafting and communication skills in both languages.
• Attention to Detail: Sharp analytical skills and the ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
• Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing creative ideas and adapting to new challenges.
