- Oversee workplace safety management, provide expert advice, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Actively engage employees in programs promoting safe work practices
- Ensure all staff operate in a risk-free environment and strictly adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Conduct thorough investigations of workplace incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective measures
- Monitor company compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations
- Provide comprehensive SHE training to employees and other stakeholders
- Prepare reports and recommendations to support continuous improvement in SHE practices
- Perform other duties as assigned related to safety, health, and environmental management
- Certified Professional in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S)
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Good command of English
- Deep understanding of occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations in Thailand
