HR Manager (Thai) – Starting from 120,000 THB (Negotiable)
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Evaluation – Develop and implement an employee evaluation system to align company goals with employee growth.
- Compensation & Benefits – Plan and manage salary structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Development – Design career growth and promotion plans to boost engagement and job satisfaction.
- Organizational Planning – Structure teams, improve workflows, and manage employee relations for long-term success.
- Recruitment – Use expertise to enhance hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
We need a versatile HR leader with broad knowledge and strong management skills to support company growth through strategic HR planning.
- 30+ years old (preferred)
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Fluent in Thai and English or Chinese
